Metricon published a video a couple of months ago on the Phoenix. It looks amazing – I like the Foyer, Stairs, Kitchen and Family area. Although we chose the Phoenix design for our build, we won’t have the bells and whistles featured in the video. However, the internal size of our house is essentially the same as the one featured in the video. The outdoor room is massive in the display house; ours however is a nominal 3.8 m x 4.7 m.
I also like the background music featured in the video. Anybody knows the source?
